Q321UWP is for sale

Post by Killerwhat »

Hello everyone its been a while since I was last here and that's the problem really. I haven't been able to find the time to get on with this and the longer it stands the worse I feel. So, it's time to let it go and give someone else a chance. I did make some progress in that we made it a new beam which is in place but not fully bolted up. I re bushed the radius arms and bought all the rear brake pipes and slave cylinders. I haven't found a replacement heater. The engine ran the summer before last. The pictures link is here: https://picasaweb.google.com/srhargreav ... directlink
or go to my original thread in projects under "Mk2 Recommision". Don't want to Ebay it really as I'd like it to know it's going to an enthusiast.
Judging by the maroon one that sold there yesterday I think £850 is fair.
Let me know what you think.

I am certainly interested - could I come and have a look one evening early next week?

Isn't the Midas Open Day on next weekend? It's not that far from you. Why not get along there with it next weekend? Last year there were some people that came along and were looking to buy one second hand. I'm sure Alistair would be quite happy for you to do that.

Yes, you are right it would be a great opportunity, unfortunately it isn't on the road just now.
It's for sale as a project with very little to do!
I appreciate your kind thoughts though.

Trailer it? Ive done so with mine before, might do it again this year too as I've not finished it all yet but am tempted to take it up there and get some more feedback.
