Build date of shell from chassis number or other means

As title any one know some one official who could date my car for me think it's a mk 2 decathlon ltd edition ! Anŷ help would be good thanks in advance Chris pics to follow

Hello Minisprint,
Mine is the last Midas Decathlon to leave the factory in May 1989. All 10 Decathlons were manufactured in 1989 and the
Chassis number should read if it is a decathlon DO followed by 5 numbers ,and finishing with a D and a number 1 to 10.

My chassis number is DO 20342 D3 does anyone know any club or something which can date the build year on headed paper to help registering it ??

Found the build date sticker in the engine bay! Got the signatures of people who built it also the date,
