Engine mock up. Just to make sure everything has clearance.
Eaton MINI supercharger on 1340cc.
Being rebuilt with custom made 18cc dished forged pistons made by CP pistons in the USA. 4340 steel H pattern rods with ARP bolts.
EN40 steel Metro turbo crank with 4 bolt steel center main bearing cap. 1.5 rockers on ported head with std exhaust valves and 37mm inlet valves and 200 pound double springs.
Custom ground camshaft with approx 13 degrees of overlap. Std is 6 to 7 degrees. MSD electronic ignition with rev limiter and boost adjustable timing.
2.3kg Aluminium flywheel with BCD racing 6 paddle clutch
Hoping to get 130 HP plus.
Power to weight ratio will be insane. Can't wait.

Aluminium custom made front grill. Just to look a bit different to the wire mesh.

2 of my vans at home with my Cooper.
The yellow round nose is 1973 all original only done 38000 miles.
Clubman van is 1976 all original.

Totally awesome mate well done the louvred rear window is really good
