Handbrake C-Clips

Has anybody got any ideas where I can get replacements for the 2 c clips that hold the handbrake cable in the subframe. Only place I've found is in France and the only bit of french I can speak is 1 beer please which isn't much help

I suspect it might be easier to try and make them, but I can't remember exactly what they look like. Any links to a picture?
