What are these arm rests

What are these arm rests

Seen them on a few midas's and assume they originate from Austin /BL /rover etc

No they are not Austin. I believe they are from Vauxhall/Opel. On earlier cars there were armrests built by Midas self. They were a simple wooden structure covered in vinyl.
