gear linkages

Hi guys. I haven't been hanging around. I've only had the bronze 3 or 4 days, already have an engine in her. The problem I have is that obviously the gear linkages are to short. I was just wondering if anyone had any pictures of their linkages and also what I need to cut and add in.

They need cutting and sleeving by around 90 mm (I think) Details should be in the build manual downloadable from the link below.
