A+ engine with 16v twin cam sprint

As Watsonrally can not make my engine , because lack of time ,I had an offer for making an A + engine 1380 cc twin cam sprint from another supplier .

As it concerns a lot of money I want to be sure that my money is well spend !

So does anyone has experience, good or bad, with
BRIGHAM ENGINES STOWMARKET SUFFLOK ?
