engine to bulkhead tie bar

The first of many questions i am sure, is it possible to get to the back of bulkhead by removing the dashbord ?
The tie bar has partly pushed through the bulkhead, i was thinking if i made a longer mounting bkt, for the engin
side and one for the inside and bolted them through, is there a better way of doing it ? any other ideas most welcome.

I'm fairly sure that area will be visible below the dashboard area. The distance from engine to bulkhead is shorter than on a mini too.

Thanks for that info, did not notice that it was shorter, i am on a big learning curve with this one !!
