Far from it Hans, that's actually what I've been thinking about when I've said I've thought about popping an engine in the back of a Midas.

Does anyone know if it did make it onto the tarmac or did it never get out of the workshop? I'd love to know

Did it actually ever get used, and where is it now?

I spoke to a Dutch chap at a car show (where I had the Midas on display) many years ago and he said he had seen the car in metallic red and that it was driven by Gordon Murrays son.
