Kit car show and agm Stoneleigh

Hi all,
the AGM is at 1.30pm on the Sunday 1ST MAY 2016 At the Pitch no 50A in the Marque
we will need help to put up the marque on the Saturday Meeting at the pitch 50A same as last year at about 12.30 and take down on the Monday afternoon 3ish
food via BBQ will be available after the AGM BUT I WILL NEED TO KNOW IF you WANT FOOD TO ORDER

I'll be with you Sunday but cannot offer my services for either Saturday or Monday. Monday is my boys birthday and Saturday we have a trip out planned. I could manage some food should you order any, if not I'll bring a sandwich. Richard

I'm planning to come over to help put up the marquee, attend the AGM and help take it down on the Monday. I'm out in the evening on Saturday so will have to leave about 1700, some food would be nice at the AGM

Hi all back now we will need minimum of six people on the saturday for about 12.30 ish if we do not get them then the party tent will go up instead as it only needs 4 but you will not have the room that the marque will give, up to now we have only 6 people wanting food so i will do enough for 15 for both days

was a great show, I'll be there for another couple of hours today as well. A lot of interest was generated for the car which is great, also had a lot of compliments which is always nice!

I might be able to time it right with helping take the marquee down as well..Any idea what time this will be?
