whats the best solution people have come up with to get this off ya gel coat or is it just a case of that old favourite elbow grease?? :D :lol: :lol:

white spirit or petrol seems to work for me.

quite thicked up but is gradually coming off but covering everything underneath

Yes I want to take this off as I've aquired some thin rubber matting which will tidy up the inner arches nice

cellulose thinners will get both tar and underseal off no bother.
