Classic, Kit & Retro, Castle Combe 25th June

Post by ACourtney »

Tony has booked us a club area again for this coming weekend's action day. As he can't make it along himself he has passed onto me the remaining free entry passes.

If anyone wants to come along on the day and would like one of the free passes then please give me a call on 07952 113781. You don't need to come in your Midas, you just need to be a club member. Be quick though as there are only three left.

Got my ticket already, I'll be seeing you at the weekend in my daily Midas (mk3 coupe), hopefully the other tickets will be snatched up by others (cough, cough, hint ,hint. Get your cars out people)

In the end only four Midas cars turned up at Castle Combe, but we were treated to a great day with lots of interesting cars to see - where else will you see three Honda S800s in a row? - and some good weather too. At least until just before 4.00pm when the heavens opened and truly bucketed down. However, we were already thinking of heading home so we quickly upped sticks (took down the MOC flags) and left.
