Mk2 Dash Trial Fit

Post by Jon »

I've been making a bit of progress on my dashboard improvements, and acquired a new steering wheel, so decided to have a trial fit today. The extra instruments and the power socket I've put in the glove box still need wiring, but just about everything else is done. The heated windscreen which I fitted in 2011 actually experienced some volts for the first time this week.

Looks very nice!

Is that a smart roadster interior light?

Interior light is from Peugeot - identical to the one in my 206. See this earlier post: http://midasownersclub.co.uk/forums/vie ... ent#p12431 Re-reading that just highlights that I'm three years behind the plan I thought I was following.

I do like your subtle mods on your interior, they are very complimentary to their surroundings, I also like your high level brake light, as I plan to do similar on my MK2, for I think it is a must, bearing in mind how low the cars are anyway.
