well now. I have spoken to the organiser of this event, and he tells me that 8am is a tad early !!

I will have to be on site at 8.30 and the rest of the Midas crew can show up at 9am. The site opens to the public at 10am

So, I will have to leave the rest of you to it at the Royal Oak - Kelvin, could you kindly muster the team and head on into the Museum site please?

As luck would have it, the "FAST TRACK" entrance is just along the Beaulieu Road, so, please make sure you all have a MIDAS OWNERS CLUB sticker prominently displayed - AND - printed copies of your ticket(s) to hand at the entrance.

The parking marshals are all supplied by the Museum, which is why we should not be too early and using the Fast track entrance keeps the queue on the road to a minimum - which the locals and the Police do not like very much !!

Cheers

Hi All,

I may have missed this before, but you need to buy your own tickets from the Beaulieu website for this meeting - cost £11 per adult and £6 per child:
https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/mini- ... ter-rally/

this is a huge saving because ticket holders can gain access to the Museum as well

8 am is a bit early, so I modified that earlier to 8.30/9 am. I will have to be in by 8.30 apparently and doors open at 10 for public, so we have a bit of leeway to muster as many as possible at the Royal Oak by 9am, then convoy into the Fast Track entrance just along the Beaulieu Rd.
If we dont make it as a bunch no problem, tell the Marshals that you are heading for Plot Number 4, Midas Owners club and they will point you.
The plot is not far from the Fast Track entrance, just up to the gravel track, turn left and it is on the left. MARKED 4.
See you there !!
