This is the first Mk2 'Superkit' that Russell Bulgin built when he was at Cars and Car Conversions
February 1982 - read about it here

It has already passed £1100, which is not bad for a Mk2 without an MOT and, according to the vendor, it needs re-wiring. It also needs some bodywork attention, judging by some of the photos that were up on facebook (but subsequently removed?).

Re: The first Russell Bulgin car on ebay
Well it went for £1750 (assuming the buyer pays up!) . That was £750 above what the seller had originally asked for on Facebook and probably around double what it would have reached a year ago.
Hopefully, this is a sign that the publicity generated by the club attending classic car shows is starting to raise the profile of the Midas marque.

I think the engine spec might have added a few hundred and the history.
There were a couple of people at The NEC show in November expressed an interest in buying a mk1 or 2
