I'd quite like to get hold of a spare Metro heater to refurbish, not the blower, the bit with the matrix in it. If you've got one which you'd like to swap for cash please let me know

There is one on eBay that may be worth a look, they don't come up very often. The last one I saw was about £95 so this one seems quite reasonable.

Is there much difference between a pre- and post-'85 Metro heater?
