Rear Lights

Can anyone help me identify the lights that fit into the Steve Pearce rear panel/bumper, I assume it is a light and not a reflector?
I also use this opportunity to ask if anyone has a dashboard available as there was no dashboard with the car that I bought, I have an idea to fabricate a fiberglass one but this would be quite an involved venture.
