midas gold spares needed

hi everybody i need headlights spotlights and seats not sure what else till i collect the car if i cant source from here a little help what seats will fit and what lights will fit will be much appreciated regards barry from manchester i also need glass now

Hi Barry,

Bog standard 7" lucas and 5.3/4" sportlamps will do. Cheap too at about £9 each.

Concerning seats I've seen many models in a Gold. Standard kitcar stuff like Cobra's (the narrow superseven seat is not bad), Ridgard, Huntmaster, Corbeau etc. Factory seats like from the Metro and Vauxhall Corsa fit, but you may need to remove the bulky subframes to get more headroom. I once fitted Honda CRX seats. Very nice model and strong fabric. My wife made small Midas labels to hide the CRX logo. Presently I have Jamex bucket seats (Cobra bucket with cheap fabric) and with a bit of fiddling I got them in. I think Alan has a cunning plan to get MX5 seats in.

or if you want to sell a kidney, tillet seats will fit easily.

probably best option is some mx5 seats....and you can get cheap upholster kits on ebay for them
