Scanning microfilm?

As can be seen on another topic of mine, I have some stuff from a closed down workshop. I also got microfilm and a reader, but just wanted to find out if there is a way to scan the microfilm to be able to read on the computer? There is a lot of material for the Metro. All Partnumber etc. Ola

That work is maybe not necessary. The Rover parts catalogues are also available on CD and can be bought for a few euro on Ebay. I have the CD's for the Austin and Rover cars. Very handy, but because there are no upgrades I can't get them to work on my laptop, only on my old computer.
