No not yet, but I am sure it will fail as it is, with the perspex ones, as they are flexible. That was apparent straight away when they bend against the rubber. Wont happen with the glass ones i'm having made ;) 4mm

Whilst discussing the same job with our glass supplier, he was telling me that some manufactures don't use hinges. The make a hinge out of a bead of some clever silicon!!

Not for me though, the more nuts and bolts the better. But I am converted to stainless, which I don't think existed in my long gone youth! Ralph's got some 8mm Ti nuts and bolts in stock for the more erotic ( sorry exotic) Midas's amongst us!!
