I think it's time the club starts rethinking production of the MK3 coupe! Possibly with a new donor!

Hmmm. I wouldnt mind a externally shod carbon fibre Mk3 3. With bare weave. GRP internal structures. With the addition of a small boot/hatch spoiler as per Richard Oakes original pen design. Finished off with black wheels.

Sort of, but it's a matter of degree.

I prefer a little bit of subtlety, rather than hitting the onlooker in the face with a wet kipper.

Ah, thank you Hans. I'll have a look at those; although seeing that picture, it occurs to me that I may have seen them when they were first published, after all.
