Re: Pair of Doors on Ebay
If I lived closer I'd buy them "just in case"...
(edited some hours later) £36 for the pair, a better price than Harold would have sold them for I think...

Re: Pair of Doors on Ebay
Sorry chaps, I bought them, just for "stock,"seemed rude to ignore them as they were only 1 hour/40 miles from home! In quite good condition, although the
glass is actually (rather scratched) perspex, interesting variation from standard!!
Amazingly the driver's door lock works and came with 2 keys, and the key profile is the exactly the same as the existing lock on my Midas. That must be one hell of a coincidence, unless Harold bought a job lot of locks from Ford all with the same key number!!!
Cheers,
Dave.

Re: Pair of Doors on Ebay
I'd been told that too, that all Midas door locks were the same key profile.Hans Efde wrote:Yes he did.d.woodspeed wrote: unless Harold bought a job lot of locks from Ford all with the same key number!!!
I wonder if the insurance companies are aware of this?
