Engine rebuider

I'm finally going to get my engine sorted out, the usual 73.5 overbore, crank regrinding and polishing, new pistons balanced with rods etc but as a kit cos I love building engines myself (and I know it's been bolted together properley). Can anybody recommend me a decent place in the Midlands? I was looking at jonspeed but there are good and bad reviews on the mini forums. Any recommendations gratefully received

MED are usually pretty good, albeit a bit on the high side. They're in Leicester .

Alternatively why not build your own kit up (cheapest way) using your local engine remanufacturer as a starter. Tell them to do the offset bores etc.
