Rear Radius Arms

Post by Luckyun »

Are rover metro/100 radius arms compatible with with mk1 and mk2 metro subframes? In fact are thier dimensions stub axle sizes and fixings any different?
I've noticed they look neater and are lighter.

As far as I am aware they are the same casting, so I can't imagine why they look neater and lighter? the only difference is the thread and nut on the end of the stub-axle, I'm told A-series hubs fit with no problem using the K-series nut.

The early mk1 Metro radius arm pivot shaft did have smaller finer diameter threads on the outside ends so if you have mk1 bits you might need mk2 spacers which don't come with radius arm repair kits.
