I'm now in touch with Morreti (thanks to Hans). So next week I should be ordering 7" headlight rings, as Hans said, to get the 12 euros carriage I need to order ten pairs, that's too many for me! so does anyone else want any? Harold is is sending me a pro forma order, which I need to fill in and send back to him with payment. They are about 26 euros a pair, plus 12 euros carriage, then there will be the carriage from me to you.

Hi,

I'll have a pair for the rainy day shelf in the shed. Let me know what I owe you and I'll sling a cheque in the post.

Cheers,

Mike

Thanks Mike,

I think I want four pairs for myself, one for you! I'm not sure if Bizbaz is going 53/4"! I'm a 7" man myself ( I wish). Does Bizbaz still want a pair? If he does, that's six pairs! Four to go!

I'm going to the classic car show at the N.E.C. early in the morning, so I won't be near a computer until Monday, unless I pluck up the courage to use my smart phone! So I will respond on Monday night, to interested parties.

If anyone is going to the N.E.C. please give me a call on 07909 903203. I would be happy to meet any Midas person for a cup of tea and a chat! Tea yes, I'm a boring old f-rt!

Alan

Put my name on 1 set Alan. I will never get a batch ordered in Holland, so I'll buy a set from you including all other costs involved. The 5 1/4 rings I'll buy from the Frenchman on Ebay, since they are much cheaper. Send me a pm with the total costs (including shipment to the Netherlands) and transferral costs as Paypal fee etc.

I'll have a pair of the 7" rings please Alan, I take it the total cost per pair of rings delivered to you is 27.2 euros. Have a nice time at the NEC.

Baz I'm confused you say
i only need 5 3/4 inch bowls now and cant even find them
despite Rich buying some from ebay france from the link Hans provided earlier in the thread

http://cgi.ebay.fr/2-SUPPORTS-MORETTE-P ... 3cbd404df8

I wonder where you finally bought some 7" rings from Baz? and presume the ones you want from Alan will be for spares? it has certainly been a confusing thread with lots of people misunderstanding some of the things said. :?
