If you have had a bit of work done on your car (camshaft, carb etc) and the valves are starting to bounce then you need to fit stronger valve springs and these look just the boys for you, but I suspect that fitting them on a stock engine would probably sap a bit of power because the buggers will take a bit more squeezing than the valve springs that you've already got.b1zbaz wrote:what do they do are they performance enhancing

Stronger valve springs and weaker caps doesn't seem a good combination. I expect they help to wear out your cam and followers, too.
