I remember this being mentioned a short while ago, the rear window is a heated rear window from a Fiat if I remember correctly, not sure if it was from a 126 as well though :?:

Don't worry Barrie it will be in the new year before this rear screen group buy comes together!

I'm also being asked for some rear extended stub axles by the Metro people, so I'm going to try and get a price for 20 pairs. When I get a price I will let everyone know! Sorry the pictures a bit big!!!

Just to remind everone I've just copied and pasted this previous post. Now that the front screen is nearly sorted, I think we can make a start with the rear screen group buy. I don't want this to go on forever so I'll put a deadline on it shortly. So it's s--- or bust if we cannot get 50 orders in a reasonable time scale, then I will give up! Grab a spare whilst you can!!!

At long last I can confirm the price for brand new rear hatches.

The price is £135 collected from a place to be arranged.

The hatches will be brand new toughened glass, pre-drilled with the five holes. They will also have a new printed on heated element and the edges will be screen printed with those little black dots, just like the modern screens. The purpose of the little black dots is to hid the rubber seal. I think it may be possible to order the rear hatches without the little black dots or screen printing if you so wish!

The bad news is I need to try and get fifty orders ( a tall order indeed!), but I think I have about nine hatches already ordered! we did manage 30 HFS the first time around!

So here we go again, a once only opportunity, please express your interest via this thread!

I will have to reposition my rear screen soon, the pressure from the struts has pushed it backwards until it's touching the rebate at the rear of the hatch.

I just know if I say, "No, I don't need a spare rear screen" that I will manage to break mine when I readjust it.

So, I'm in, one for me please Alan. If I have a spare, then I will probably never need it. If I don't, then I will. IYSWIM.

I can't remember if I am down or not Alan but put me down for one please.

Might be worth putting peoples names up and copying and pasting as new people want one like this:

Alan D x5
Faceofdoh x1
Baz x1
David M x1

etc etc.......

Thanks,

David
