Tony, Do you mean take down Sunday ? Stoneleigh usually Sunday and Monday and we previously retained tent until Monday p.m. I expect to be around all weekend.

Hi,
all have not had any one that wants to use the BBQ or request food so i will cater for 20 this will be available after the AGM
any prizes for the raffel?

Hi Tony
I will be available at Stoneleigh on Saturday 5th May to help erect the marquee and also on Monday 7th May pm to help get it down. I think that this year it is going to do stalwart service for all MIDAS OWNERS so come on the rest of you, please help our Secretary in this task. It does not take much time but needs several people!!
