a) get a professional designer if you aren't (or ask an art college to do a study as a graduate project),
b) don't use a Beetle for its underpinnings if you're serious about the sports bit,
c) don't try to make it look like a Lamborghini.

It's a bit of a mongrel shopping cart of design features isn't it...did he design the original Fiat Multipla?

Windscreen design comes from the Citroen Pluriel
The front end is a squared off Fiat Barchetta
The side and back is distinctly Fisher Price

Kits cost around 7000 euro and you'll need a Beetle as well. This is not a one-off. The creator thinks he can sell these and has invested a lot of money among others into a brand new building:
