is the time on this website correct?

I'm not sure if the website time is correct, I just posted elsewhere on this site and the post was dated an hour ago.
I've checked that my computers time and google concur, so will press 'submit' exactly at 11:08pm, lets see what it says on this post...

The forum time is correct, of you go to you user control panel and select board preferences you'll probably find your DST times are set wrong.

LOL I think it should be right. I will check the server...although I am pretty sure it is wired to one of those nuclear powered auto time setting sites.
