Bump stops

OK the original cavalier rear bump stops on the car are really deteriorated so I've been looking at other options but thought I'd ask on here first to see if others are using anything different already?

Are we talking about the upstop? In that case I use the original Metro upstops with a bracket that Alistair supplied. There is a thread somewhere.

The 1 mounted to the boot floor to stop the radius arm from bottoming out hans

Thats the ones. Mine have started deteriorating so I'm looking for replacements and wondering if anyone else has replaced theirs with alternatives
