I have had my paperwork and am in slot 2 on our pitch, so at least one other must be going in the paddock. Undecided which Midas to use. The Mk1 has a bit of a misfire at higher revs. Had new plugs and will fit new leads which should come in the post tomorrow or Wednesday. If it still not running cleanly, I will use the Excelsior again.

New plugs points and leads cured the misfire, so the MK1 had the fun at Prescott. I did 2 runs solo, then a third with Tony Moss as passenger. Managed to squeal the tyres twice on that run, so that was fun. A combination of a good workout plus Shell V Power seem to have given the old girl a decoke. It now ticks over about 150 rpm faster.
It still has a minor problem with the rev counter which refuses to go above 3000. It sits there gently oscillating while the speedo needs goes from 60 to 60 (allegedly)
