It's probable been a cut out for a Turbo, not a good idea!

I see it made £160. It looks like the new owner might be in need of a few bits by the look of it.

I would think so. Usually these sheds come for free. A 100 pounds more and he would have had a runner or at least one with all the parts.

Appreciate you honesty :o

Ill admit im an Ebay Adict, watched it all week at £83 and then got a message on my phone at 7 minutes to go saying it was ending, clicked on it and it was at £155, i put a £161 top line in and won it  ...............

the thing that interested me is it was a proper reg not a Q plate, had V5 which 2 others didnt and i have had bad experience with a corsa recently buying without log as DVLA are :x had a set of cooper alloys on which from previous experience sell for £70-80 if the tyres are at all useable, the guy promises it was a good runner when he got it and all hes done is remove the carb and manifold which he needed for another of his 3

I have found a source for a complete pair of doors with winding mechs and glass etc and a pair of rear quarter windows but he wants £200 for this little lot which i have been told is too much? The car has only cost £160 and i have never had any kind of kit car so your advice on this would be helpfull,

Parts are always much more expensive than a whole car. It would be best to find another project car that is complete and make one car of it. On the previous Yahoo forum there are pics of a grown over Bronze in Wylam, North Cumberland. Contact Johnonthetyne if you're interested. It has doors, perhaps an interior. At the look of it no bonnet. You might get it for free.
Else you end up in a "Wheeler Dealer" scheme. A cheap car that requires so much money in parts, paint, interior decoration etc. that you end up with a car that is worth Gold in bills. I suppose you'll need a budget of about 1000 pounds anyway to get it on the road again.
Well, you are not the only one. Check out these guys:
