hi all as we get closer to our AGM note the following
food will be provided for the AGM but you will need to book please so that the food order can be placed for the people booked there will be no food on the monday but some drinks will be available
we have 2 event shelters in case of bad weather/AGM.
you should have had in the news letter time for the BBQ and AGM
please contact me if you have any diet problems
