... that is complete, non Q (as may have a personal plate added in future), not Cat D etc ( if this is even possible on a Midas), can be driven home (not saying will get home!) as in has an MOT and is not a convertible.

Actually he is buying two cars that cover Mks 1 to 3, since he has bought CNC297T the prototype for the Mk1 and Mk2 Coupe, plus he is buying one of Kelvin's Mk3s.
