Exactly the same as the ones I gave a link for, and those were a bit cheaper too ;)

I've used this one on both Gold and Bronze; it looks neat and works well. As one of David's bumpers started life on my car it's probably the type he's referring to as well.
It was standard across the Ford range at the time.

As Jon recommends those are another option, I took his advice many years ago and have one of those on my MK 2.
With regard to the MK 3 I had at first thought they'd be too large, but on having just compared the two they're only a fraction larger, you will need to enlarge the opening but at least you'll know they can be made to fit.

As Jon said. I had these on the bumper Jon gave me, plus I had them on my original bumper too. Just slightly bigger than original hole and a lot better built. Less likely to fall apart like the Allegro ones do....and the bulb replacement facility is better made.
